"The room and property were very clean and tidy. Staff offered help that I didn't end up requesting. I really like that over an extended stay, they ask you to opt-in to room service. The bar right downstairs was nice, but the fact that you only get 10% off breakfast led me to choosing other venues for that. The negative is that I would've preferred a more luxurious bathroom situation, and it seemed like your neighbours could hear everything going on in your room, and vice-versa."

"We were greeted nicely and pleasantly on arrival at 6pm. Armeen was so nice to let us use the breakfast room for our noodles dinner after 10:30 pm on Saturday, after we had a whole day event in Barkerville. The hotel was newly renovated. Pillows and beddings were comfortable and clean. Sill lots of stain marks at the ceiling. In the bathroom, whenever we turned on the tap, foul smell came up from the drain, which made the whole room stink. Room 103,104 & 105. Please check and fix the problem. Got noisy tenants above our rooms upstairs. (Very late at night and then very early in the morning)"
