The hotel is being renovated, so reality is the presence of supplies and workers around. However, the staff was most accommodating and helpful, and the cleaning staff are doing an excellent job. The location is great and door and service in the restaurant were also excellent. We will certainly stay there again.

This hotel is in need of some major renovations and cleaning. The furniture and carpet were dirty and the shower was peeling and barely functional. The only saving grace were the beds and AC units. Thankfully they were clean and quite comfortable.

The staff were very helpful. They switched my room so I could check in prior to 4:00pm. That being said, the room that I was given wasn’t the cleanest or best maintained. The towels were more beige then white, there was hair throughout the shower, and the curtains had what looked like jam from sticky fingers on them. The toilet paper roll was barely attached to the wall and half the water came out the faucet when the shower was turned on. Upon leaving the next morning, housekeeping asked if I was done with the room so they could start cleaning it. Overall, I wasn’t impressed and cancelled my stay later in the week and booked at a different hotel.

We come to Williams Lake about 3-4 times a year. This was our first time staying at the Sandman Inn but it won’t be our last. Totally updated, modern, immaculate rooms and service. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Many convenient plug-ins for all our devices! I highly recommend this property :)

It is being renovated so that effected the cleanliness. The front staff was very upfront and kind regarding the state of the rooms’ air conditioning, which was not good at all. There are no elevators which we did not know about so the stairs were an issue for us because of our health issues.

The suites are older and the set up is very odd. The newer hotel rooms are better. It is under renovation and the pool isn’t working. Good hospitality, front desk nice and helpful. They were accommodating. Rooms were clean. They’re trying to update it. It was centrally located and close to amenities. Unfortunately there was smoking in room next to us so they moved us to a suite at midnight. Denny’s is located at the ground floor.
