"Likes: Everything in one place (multiple pools, beaches, places to eat, water park, indoor stuff for kids etc). The best and cleanest bathrooms both in hotel lobbies and in water park. We liked the Marina and different restaurants- especially: Chop Stixs and Claudio’s. The Buffet was a little lacking for the price but a couple of good options. Beaches were beautifully perfect and different from each other. Loved the complimentary refillable water bottles given at check in. Didn’t experience any bug bites. Didn’t like: 1 day there was no water on 1 floor. We didn’t have water for 2-3 hours (delayed our day but not as bad as others). Every front desk staff says different things - so that makes it hard: Dolphin feeding times and Late check out options One day there was a long line for check in and we were on line to get another room key and there were only 2 attendants there and they never asked for support in the front. We loved that they had water refills throughout but the water was warm and a little weird. Our towels kept being taken after we hung them up and not replaced. We had to keep calling for more. All in all a very nice experience. Extra expensive but we knew that going in. We are not big breakfast people so the quick bagels and oatmeal and fruit were good and kept us on budget."
