He was ready to make sure our stay was special and made us dinner reservations with recommendations The only downside was the quality of the food. The amount of food and the variety were great but some of the restaurants delivered food that was disappointing. Especially Sendai the Japanese hibachi restaurant. Expectations were high but steak was difficult to chew and chicken was dry.
