"Very clean resort. Water park is a long walk to get to with children. There are no food truck or food to go, which is inconvenient for family’s with children. Only two breakfast option which gets old fast. Their dinner reservation policy is annoying, it won’t let you book more than 2 a day and there were only late night reservations around 8-9pm. This resort caters to adults a lot. The staff was okay but there was a huge language barrier, if you choose this resort make sure you speak Spanish. "

"Spa staff and service was excellent. Our room was not ready at 4:30 when we checked in. We were told we would receive a text message when it was ready. After waiting another hour 1/2 no text message was received. Went back to lobby only to find out the room was ready. No apologies was offered. "

"Think “Disney meets Las Vegas” in the Caribbean - crowded, chaotic, and overwhelmingly geared toward families. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, adult getaway, this is absolutely not the place! The resort was packed with kids everywhere, and there was zero sense of calm or serenity at any point during our 5-night stay. It felt more like an amusement park than a luxury resort. To make matters worse, we lost an entire day of our vacation due to an injury caused by the lounge chairs. They are cheaply made and packed so tightly together that there’s virtually no space to move safely. This resulted in a trip to the local hospital—completely unacceptable for a resort at this price point. Speaking of cost—everything is overpriced. You’ll pay premium prices across the board, yet the experience doesn’t match. Dining was hit or miss. Marcus Fish + Chop House was excellent and a standout meal. However, most dining options came with long lines, and dinner reservations are absolutely necessary if you want to eat! Pizza Lab was an absolute disaster when it rained all day. We stood in line for 45 minutes for takeout, only to be told at the register that they had stopped making pizzas. No warning, no communication—just a huge waste of time. Overall, despite the variety of amenities and food choices, the overcrowding, lack of relaxation, safety concerns, and high prices made this a disappointing experience. We all agreed—this is not a place we would ever choose to return to."
