The jacuzzi in the room was terrible. Many, many times I tried but could not get it to work. Maintenance came multiple times, but they too had a hard time getting it to work.

House keeping came in but didn’t clean the room. The toilet paper was removed and never replaced. I advised the front desk and they never sent house keeping. Also the lights when you enter the room didn’t work in multiple rooms. The refrigerator didn’t work either.

The hotel needs to have Valet parking!! If you drive your own car, as we did, we were given directions to get to the parking and ended up going in circles to find it. We eventually ended up back at the hotel so the clerk could ride with us to park. Now for the good part! The corner suite is... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My wife and I,loved it!!! The Victorian style design, decore, and details were gorgeous! The front desk servers were amazing as well!

"I have stayed here many times, and the relaxed vibe always brings me back. The grounds have one of the best sunset views. The staff is fun and attentive. We think the restaurant has some of the best food and drinks in Bocas. It easy to get a water taxi to Isla Colon or other islands. You can relax ..."

Cute and close to town
"Nice simple rooms. It was clean and you had the amenities needed. Breakfast in the morning was good and you can see lots of fish from your deck. The taxi boats zooming past are more entertaining than annoying"

"There was lots of room inside, not terribly comfortable but comfortable enough. It was nice outside, but I stayed out too long and got eaten by the sand fleas. It was actually a pretty nice location. There was a little trouble communicating, but the staff was very nice and helpful."
