Me and my fiancee were actually really impressed with how good this place was. Clean, professional, cozy and a great view of the city. It’s walking distance from Robinson’s Mall/Center which was is a big plus for me and the future wifey. Also, customer service as well as security were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

"Belmont is my go-to-hotel after arrival in the Philippines and before departure. It is reasonably priced. With easy walking access to terminal 3. Rooms are neat and clean. The staff are always friendly and very accommodating. Food at the restaurant are inexpensive and delicious."
