"The staff all went above and beyond for us. Ricky found us a room very early, since we were dropped off the Cruise ship at 8:30 AM. Shuttle drives were friendly, seemed to 'like their job".
One problem. The SQUEEZE SOAP,ETC. They are cute,etc, but not for us elderly with weak hands. It took both of us squeezing top and bottom together to get a little bit. Maybe have some bar soap to offer if the guest looks like they may be interested.

"I was very impressed with this hotel, especially considering it was the least expensive that came up on my search. My only complaint would be that my key card needed to be reprogrammed several times during my stay. I will most likely stay here again if I’m in the area. "
"Quick and friendly checkin; helpful restaurant recommendation list; and clean and spacious room.
The only negative is that the pillows on the bed were not great and could use an upgrade - a combo of soft, medium and firm as at other hotels would be a nice feature."

"My friends and I had a wonderful time during our trip to Kentucky! This place was exactly what we needed, and as much fun as we had around the city, we were always very eager and grateful to get back to home base (and to, frankly, one of the comfiest blankets I've ever used in my life). There was some confusion during check-in, but the host was very helpful and responded promptly despite us checking in quite late, which I appreciate a lot.The only thing I would note for more sound-sensitive guests would be that sound travels, both in the house and from the road outside, but it never bothered us during our stay. We would definitely come back again! "
