"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in Louisville."

"This hotel is massive. We checked in with hundreds of archers all visiting for a national competition, we were here for a college graduation. Checking is was the least pleasant thing due to the sheer number of people checking in at the same time. The staff was kind and gracious even when their guests were not. There should be on online check in option for IHG members. Breakfast was typical hotel food and I wish it was better or there were options to order something other than the same buffet we get anywhere."

"We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect for vacationers. Most everything you could need is nearby. The property is clean and well maintained. The beds are quite comfortable. Checkout was a breeze! Felix was right on top of every communication. Very responsive and helpful."

"I would not recommend this hotel. Our room had a mouse, they did not clean the rooms while we were there so dirty towels for almost a week.found a hidden camera in smoke detector, mold in the room, no hot water in the shower. Staff didn’t seem to care about the issues when brought to their attention. Pool was also shut down so couldn’t use and we made sure to get a hotel with a pool, false advertising as it was down all week and staff didn’t know when it would be available. Very dissatisfied!!! Trash all around the outside. "

"Shower was dirty. Bring blankets. Pillows are uncomfy. So far pool has been closed 9/2025-5/2026. Take that off your plans. Difficulties navigating between wings and parkong garage. "
