"I was met with a very engaging owner who showed me through the hotel. My room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and efficient heating. Bathroom was a shared bathroom but was very clean and plenty of hot water and large 'fluffy' towels. The evening meal was very tasty and there was not a long waiting time for the meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. A beautiful country hotel and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

" We loved the buffet breakfast, the staff were lovely. The room was very dated & old, but certainly served the purpose, the mattress was far too soft, as someone that loves a soft mattress I found it too soft. Personal preference I guess. Overall we enjoyed the stay, for the price we paid including breakfast I guess we can’t complain. It served a purpose for us at short notice. Location is within town centre so that was good also. The pool could do with some plants and some fencing /privacy,...
