"The room was clean but the grouting around tiles were yellow. The mirror over the table was too high to sit and make myself up. Wardrobe and furniture were a bit dated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Always seemed to do more and above of what was expected. The breakfast was amazing! ..."

Park Plaza Cardiff
"Very comfortable stay. Bathroom was well designed with (very rare for the UK) a powerful shower. The bedroom was a little stuffy as we were unable to open any windows, the ac was fine. Breakfast was fine, not sure why more seasonal fruit is not available but that still seems to be the norm nowadays. ..."
