This modern and stylish apartment boasts two spacious **bedrooms** 🛏️, perfect for accommodating families, friends, or colleagues. The **master bedroom** features a comfortable **Double bed** and **Ensuite** 🛁, while the second bedroom also offers a cosy **double bed**, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

Step into the bright and airy open-plan **living area** 🛋️, where contemporary furnishings and décor create a welcoming atmosphere. It is a **gated apartment complex** 🚪, so you will need **key fobs** to access the door and **carpark** 🅿️, which will be provided. There is **private parking** for 1 vehicle 🚗, this is not suitable for large vehicles, only for cars or small vans.
