Also black out curtains and blinds in all bedrooms. 3 mins walk to the seafront, short walk to blue flag beach Rest Bay and Trecco Bay. Paid public parking behind property, approx five pounds per day. Perfect for a family hub or weekend couples stay in Porthcawl. Newly renovated flat with lovely furnishings and lots of amenities. Shared communal entrance hall which leads onto a staircase with around 10 stairs to the front door. Bedrooms all have brand new furniture and bedding.
