    This comfortable large 2 bedroom Self Contained Ground Floor property has just been fully decorated and refurbished with new carpets and bed furniture.
    It has been very popular for Contractors and Business Stays as it has a perfect quiet rural location with lovely mountain views in the village of Blackmill at the head of the Ogmore Valley yet just 8-10 mins away from Junction 36 M4 Sarn Services the location of McArthur Glen Shopping Mall and within a 10minute drive to all the main Bridgend Industrial Estates. It is exactly midway between Cardiff and Swansea both about 20 mins along M4 in each direction. The property is managed by Myself and Sabina and we live within the block of just four flats so help and advice is always at hand.
