The property is very conveniently located to quickly get to Moonlight and other local beaches. We appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella, and our seven-year-old fell in love with ping-pong as there is a table in the garage. ##### paul m. This house has everything you need and truly feels like a home. There are 3 living rooms, awesome outdoor spaces, and a super fun garage! The backyard has a hot tub and the upstairs patio/deck has beautiful ocean views. Its very comfortable! Beward of the hill to the beach, its only a 14 min walk but its a very steep hill (hard with wagon/stroller/kids) but we made it work! The beaches are great in that area and lots of fun restaurants, seaside market closeby, vons is only a 4 min drive, the park nearby was fun for the kids too!
