Very nice quiet apartment of 110 sqm, in building of character with stained glass windows, moldings, high ceilings, beautiful volumes. Completely renovated for 6 to 8 people. 1 bedroom with 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140, sofa bed 140 in the living room, 1 large bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC. You will stay in Square Gambetta, ideally located 10 minutes walk from the medieval city and 5 minutes from the city center. In summer the municipal pool is 10 minutes walk along the banks of the Aude quietly Free parking 2 minutes or fee just in front of the apartment. Station 10 minutes walk. Airport shuttle 2 minutes. You will find everything necessary for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, sheets and towels provided, kitchen. A private and shaded courtyard of 35m² will welcome you for a moment of relaxation after enjoying our beautiful region. The rental is large and building old which offers character and takes you back in time But it needed to be aired out-musty; it was cold but host was unable to change and no smart tv. Es handelt sich aber um eine Souterrain-Wohnung, es ist daher nicht so hell wie auf den Bildern und die Fenster lassen sich nur bedingt öffnen. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Hof oder auch eine bewachte Tiefgarage direkt vor dem Haus unter dem Park (natürlich gegen Gebühr).
