About this property

Large apartment of character with private courtyard.

  • Very nice quiet apartment of 110 sqm, in building of character with stained glass windows, moldings, high ceilings, beautiful volumes. Completely renovated for 6 to 8 people. 1 bedroom with 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140, sofa bed 140 in the living room, 1 large bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC.
    You will stay in Square Gambetta, ideally located 10 minutes walk from the medieval city and 5 minutes from the city center. In summer the municipal pool is 10 minutes walk along the banks of the Aude quietly
    Free parking 2 minutes or fee just in front of the apartment. Station 10 minutes walk. Airport shuttle 2 minutes.
    You will find everything necessary for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, sheets and towels provided, kitchen.
    A private and shaded courtyard of 35m² will welcome you for a moment of relaxation after enjoying our beautiful region.
    Possibility to rent the adjacent apartment of 70 m² (see our announcement: 6797367) for large events or families!
