Claustrophobia toilet!!
Lovely hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very good with fresh produce and a great choice. I would give the hotel 10/10 except for the toilet. The bathroom and toilet are separate which is a great idea except the toilet was basically in a cupboard. When I sat on the toilet my knees were up against the door and the only way I could comfortably use the toilet was to leave the door open. I am not tall only 5 foot 6 but it was impossible to use the toilet with the door closed. It was the most claustrophobic one I have ever been in. Whoever designed the toilet should be sacked, it is only suitable for little people. This is my only gripe with the hotel, everything else was perfect, beds were very comfortable.

This hotel has a cool vibe, with nice touches such as water machines (both fizzy and still) on each floor. The rooms are not big, but very practical and breakfast included in our rate was extremely good. We didn't use the pool, but the rooftop terrace is terrific. It's worth going to the bar/restaurant for the views alone. Reasonably priced. A great stay

Great hotel
Modern hotel, friendly professional staff (some don't speak English but that's not a barrier these days) ideal location for train station, new town and medieval city. Toulouse is an hour by train. You can easily get from airport to town and Google maps the hotel is a short walk. Getting back to airport is more challenging, no ubers, taxi services busy during rush hour so allow extra time.

Very nice decor. Stylish and understated. Fantastic views from terrace in room and the roof terrace too. Only negative for me was rooms were quite dark.

Ideal location with great views from the rooftop. Walk across the pedestrian bridge and up into the old city. Hotel was clean and they had a crib available for our baby to sleep in.

One of my favourite hotels
4 nights sight seeing. i should say this hotel is horrible so that it doesnt get too busy so that i can always book in when i want lol. But it is a lovely hotel with fabulous views. staff friendly. menu limited and not cheap but nice. will be stopping again.

They let us check in early which was great also the water cooler at the end of th corridor which dispensed cold still and fizzy water was a nice suprise ,swimming pool and rooftop bar also very good

Fabulous hotel
This hotel has lovely friendly, helpful staff. The views from Cite view rooms out if this world. Food great. Really good location for both the Cite and Bastide parts of the town.

Magic location
A fantastic hotel, close to everything, great parking. Only one thing wrong with it. The breakfast! VERY expensive and not too much of choice. Avoid if possible.

Carcasson is enjoyable staying at Tribe
Great service. A wonderful small , cute hotel in front of the Castel. Three steps and you are at the entrance. Breakfast was beyond expectations and it’s included. Staff is welcoming and friendly as well.

Easy checking in and out, ( Lauren is a nice reception person to deal with ) very clean room, beds are comfortable, convenient parking with $15/night,but you can be lucky and find a free close by street parking. If I will revisit Carcassonne I will stay in this hotel again.

Tribe was a great location while visiting La cite. The bridge was a short walk across to the fortress town. We then returned for a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant with an amazing window view. We retreated to the roof top patio afterwards to continue taking in the great view with some champagne. Hotel was modern and clean with accommodating staff. Parking is available onsite for a fee but there’s also a free parking lot beside the hotel where we were able to find a spot. Would return!
