Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos a la reserva,teniamos parking entre otros servicios q no tuvimos,entre ellos el de baño privado,q tampoco fue asi,el wc era compartido fuera de la habitacion,donde hacia frio y sin papel.no havia nadie para el almuerzo y nos tubimos q ir sin tomar nada y ni siquiera nadie q nos dijera adios,simplemente nos decepciono y sin pensar en los pobres q se tenian q alojar donde nosotros,quando los vimos esperando en "recepcion"llevavan horas esperando,ellos llegaron mas tarde q nosotros y cuando pudieron contactar les dieron nuestra habitacion aun sabiendo q hacia minutos nos la acabavan de dar a nosotros,con todas nuestras pertenencias dentro,menos mal q eran buena gente y al ver nuestras cosas salieron enseguida,no quiero ni pensar en q podria haver ocurrido si no lo son y nos fala algo,muy mal,de verdad 😓
