It offers an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays, combining nature, relaxation, and water activities. The lake is just 500 metres away, shops are also 500 metres away, while the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are accessible approximately 5 km away. The house has a vast enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying beautiful days in complete tranquillity. The peaceful and verdant environment fully contributes to the typical atmosphere of the Maubuisson area, highly appreciated for its lakeside beaches and cycle paths. The interior is organised around a large, friendly living space, including a lounge fitted with sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV unit and television, as well as a dining area with table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen, overlooking the living room, is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, storage cupboards, crockery and kitchen utensils, allowing meals to be prepared independently. Maison fraiche et agréable même par grande chaleur. Vaste jardin bien clos et lac tout proche à pied. Literie impeccable. Seul reproche : manque un peu de vaisselle, surtout des plats, et il serait agréable qu'au moins les tapis de bain et torchons soient fournis... Penser à préciser aux locataires qu'ils vaut mieux sortir les poubelles le matin (les éboueurs passent tard) que le soir, sinon gare au dégâts des sangliers pendant la nuit ! ##### Christian C. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisée, l'odeur était forte tout le séjour malgré l'aération (et dans la chambre attenante). Nous avons convenu avec l'agence qu'on ne pouvait pas intervenir pendant le séjour. Il faudra revoir la plomberie et l'électricité car nous avons eu malheureusement un problème de fuites d'eau et d'électricité (le lave vaisselle faisant disjoncter lors de la mise en route durant la 2ème semaine de notre séjour.)
