Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $50 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Great location for SIU events

We were in town for a swim meet at SIU and this was perfect. Right across the street from campus. Property was clean, and the host communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.
