Despite it being across the street from the east campus dorms, it was very quiet. It's like a small hotel with a lobby and four units. All were booked but we didn't hear anything from anyone. So peaceful. The room had a small kitchen which was perfect for breakfast. The bathroom had a great shower with very soft towels. The bed was also super comfy. A fan was even provided which was a nice touch for those that like that while sleeping. We will definitely be back. The only drawback for some would be that it's up two flights of stairs on the third floor. Totally fine for us but may not be perfect for all. ##### Lisa W. It couldn’t have been any closer! We were there for her track meet and it only took us 5 minutes drive each way. Unlike hotels, this rental was so very quiet and peaceful.
