The farmhouse has been renovated with original materials, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings or wooden furniture and some period furnishings and also respects the authenticity of context with furniture and some 800 items of antiques. Futsal pitch (8 a-side) very beautiful, cosy villa "Le Querce", 2 storeys. In a secluded, quiet, sunny position. Private: property 3 ha (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 80 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture. Typisch italienisches Flair!

Wir hatten wunderschöne, erholsame Urlaubstage auf dem riesigen, gepflegten Anwesen! Toller großer Pool und Garten. Pluspunkte: Nähe zu Rom und vielen schönen antiken Städtchen! Auto unbedingt notwendig!

Wunderschöne Anlage

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach unglaublich. Der sensationelle Pool, der gepflegte Fussballplatz, der herrschaftliche Garten, das tolle Haus mit den verschiedenen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind nicht zu toppen. Für 2 Familien mit je 4 Personen haben wir uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufen in Fabbrica di Roma war schnell erledigt. Rom liegt eine Stunde entfernt. Orvieto, Bagnoreggio, Orte, Viterbo sind einige der vielen tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Dette stedet er flottere i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Velstelt, vakre omgivelser og hjemmekoselig. Nærmeste byer, Carbognano og Fabrici di Roma er små med begrenset utvalg, men førstnevnte har en nydelig restaurant i Michelin klassen!
