"Everyone here was wonderful!!! The nice lady at check-in made us feel welcome. They were all just great and very helpful. Such nice and kind professionals here. They assisted me in sending an overnight package to Rome and went out of their way to help me. We were very pleased with everything here and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to all travelers. Their prices were reasonable as well. This was a great location and will be the only place I stay when I am back in Turin. FIVE STARS TO THIS HOTEL!!! BRAVO!!! "

"The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely. Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean.. a kettle isnt a big ask. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region. "

"The staff were helpful. The location was quite close to the centre. No 4 tram takes you to to the station where you can walk the rest of the way. There is an amazing restaurant nearby called Sorriso which was recommended by yhe receptionist"
