Experience the essence of beachfront living in Beach Home 5, a spacious 2,800-square-foot retreat just steps from the sand. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers an inviting open floor plan designed for both entertaining and relaxation. The living area features a large television and seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen. From the screened lanai, take in stunning views of the beach and Captiva’s breathtaking sunsets.
The main level boasts a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, television, and en suite bathroom, all enhanced by sunset and beach views. A second bedroom on this level is furnished with a queen-size bed, with a bathroom conveniently located down the hall.
Upstairs, a second master suite offers partial Gulf views, a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom, ideal for additional guests, features two twin beds and its own en suite bathroom. The second floor also includes a balcony with sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Guests of this home have access to Club Captiva amenities, allowing your group to experience resort conveniences and activities exclusive to South Seas guests and owners. This property accommodates up to eight guests and has a five-night minimum stay requirement.
