Guests cannot access South Seas amenities including water park and north end pools. This unit is extremely close to Captiva village, however, which features numerous restaurants, shopping, and spa. Laundry room on ground floor. Other Things to Note: We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
