"Had a wonderful time with my family in this beautiful home! Loved having all the space for us and our boys and the backyard was such a beautiful oasis that I thoroughly enjoyed each morning observing the wildlife before setting out to explore Chincoteague for the day. Such thoughtful touches all around by the owners - from the great communication they sent before arriving, to the incredibly delicious, fresh muffins waiting for us upon arrival, to the well stocked coffee bar in the sun room that everyone enjoyed each morning of our stay. I haven’t experienced an owner with this level of attentiveness/thoughtfulness before and it really enhanced our stay!"

"Really nice property! Really clean, updated and great communication from the host. The layout is very open and unique, and the view is really nice for a relaxing night on any of the multiple patios with the view of the canal visible from any of them. Quiet neighborhood and easy drive to Chincoteague to hang out and explore a cool little town. We came from almost 7 hours away for a long getaway weekend and will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area. Highly recommend."

"GORGEOUS HOME WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! The home was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was spacious and comfortable. The views from the porch are gorgeous!A few small things to keep in mind - Some of the pools in the development might not be open when you go, so if you're counting on the kiddie pool, for example, check before you go. It was closed when we went. Also, the outdoor pool that was open is on the small side and not necessarily worth the 15 per person fee unless you're a smaller group or really enjoy spending a big chunk of the day by the pool. Note that the house does not have tissues, any shampoo etc, or laundry detergent. The foosball ball was missing which was disappointing for my kids. The playground is very nice, new looking, pretty and clean. Overall, it was an amazing vacation and an absolutely gorgeous home with views that are priceless. The host was responsive and getting in and out was super smooth."
