"Great location to train station and major attractions. Our king room is spacious enough and has an amazing view of both opera house and harbour bridge. The staff is very helpful all the way from check in to check out, and super responsive through their WhatsApp messages, love that! "Lovely room on 22nd floor had great views of the harbour and surrounds. The staff at the Shangri-La are lovely and friendly, the rooms are serviced daily and I liked having a Nespresso in the room. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy walking to everything. The Harbour Bridge, The Opera House, Circular Quay (for Ferries and Metro), The Rocks' selection of great Eateries, Gelatos, and Kid's Playground. Will be back. "
