Villa Scala is an old farmhouse renovated by the owner with great care and attention to detail to transform it into a splendid country house that will allow you to spend peaceful and unforgettable holidays.

It is located on the hills in the hinterland of Lake Garda, just above the village of Caprino Veronese, the spaces are large and well-kept both inside and outside and from the large terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Baldo and the valley below with Lake Garda in the distance.

Outside we find a private parking and flower gardens in every corner while the interior welcomes us with floors and details of the bathrooms in fine marble and with high quality furnishings that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will give you a feeling of great comfort making you feel at home.

The villa has 3 large double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, one with shower and bathtub, large kitchen with fireplace, 2 dining areas inside as well as 2 outside and 2 living rooms with fireplace .

The outdoor patio is furnished with a large dining table, barbecue, fireplace and ping pong.

The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the shores of the lake, the motorway exits and the romantic city of Verona.

Spas, water and amusement parks are just a few minutes' drive from the property.

The Villa is equipped with satellite TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks or food and no consumables (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are provided.

Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm.

Check-out is before 10:00am.
