Die Ausstattung der Küche ist toll: Genug Geschirr Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle. Leider hat die Wohnung kein WLAN. Das sollte in der heutigen Zeit nicht vorkommen und muss bei dem Preis eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. In der Wohnung ist ein Smart-TV. Ist aber leider unbrauchbar, weil kein WLAN vorhanden ist. Im Keller große separate Schlafcouch mit eigenem Bad und Garagenzugang. Gegenüber der Wohnung ein kleiner Pool zur Mitbenutzung. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist ein schöner kleiner, komplett eingezäunter Spielplatz mit Tisch und Bänken zum verweilen.
