Holiday Home in Capoliveri – Relax Between Sea, Nature and Comfort  
  
Set in a privileged location with direct access to the beaches of Capo Perla and Straccoligno, this holiday home is part of a small complex consisting of three apartments. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.  
  
The property features a private swimming pool for exclusive use, perfect for moments of peace and privacy, as well as a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor meals.  
  
Guests also have access to a private tennis court, reserved exclusively for residents of the three units within the complex.  
  
The charming village of Capoliveri is just a few minutes away by car and offers shops, restaurants, and all essential services. Porto Azzurro is only 10 minutes away, while Portoferraio can be reached in about 20 minutes, making it an excellent base for day trips and excursions.
