Beautiful apartment in a totally restored recently villa with 1000 mt2 fenced garden with plants of all kinds and clean and nice forest of oaks and cork trees native to the area and located in one of the greenest areas of the island, just 600 meters from the beautiful sand beach Straccoligno, with private service road from direct access to the beach and private parking only 70 meters from it.
The perfect studio apartment for 2 people or couple with son / daughter has angolocottura fully equipped with three burners, oven, refrigerator and freezer.
A sofa bed with mattress from memory 18 cm to ensure extreme comfort even and more to a traditional bed, bathroom with shower.
Outside porch with garden tables and deck chairs, washing machine in the laundry room, barbecue, oven for pizzas, also outdoor shower, private parking covered by shade cloth.
