It was not clear to me from the description that this was an room in a shared apartment. It's all very basic and poorly maintained : doors are squeezing, if other visitors (appartement) are a bit noisy / extra careful good luck to not get awake, you only get one set of keys so not very convenient to go out if part of family wants to stay (no AC without keys). Also many cars (especially rentals) get their windows broken in the area so best is to book a secured parking.
Could be cleaner : lot of dust under the beds (see picture on the backpack). If you want something basic and with min maintenance it may work for you.
