"The area of Capitola is gorgeous. The condo is easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach, a market (think abc store if you e been to Honolulu). I loved walking our dog around the neighborhood in the morning. My kids loved the beach and the freshwater stream running through it."

"The location was perfect, especially when you have grandkids that wake up at 7am asking to go to the beach, it was easy being only steps away. The first floor ceiling is low with a beam that runs across making it hard on tall people and the stairway to the second floor is tricky but overall the place was great!"
