"A equipe é excelente! Nada a reclamar! Todos são extremamente educados! Quarto ótimo, café da manhã sensacional, cardápio perfeito e só com coisas gostosas, porém alguns pontos merece ressalva: ficamos 2 dias sem papel higiênico no quarto pois mesmo realizando a limpeza no quarto eles nunca repunham, apenas um elevador funcionava, o que foi PÉSSIMO pois além de ter que dividir com a equipe de limpeza, muitas vezes demorava demais para chegar! Teve um dia que esperamos por mais de 7 minutos....
