Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat.
The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner!

The room was clean and accommodating for our family of 5. The hotel was very responsive with questions I had on whatsapp. Our room did smell of water damage but other than that it was a great stay and we absolutely loved the basket full of goodies that was delivered at our door in the morning for breakfast!

Beautiful friendly people. Rooms are clean., although older. the pool/sauna should stay open until 10 or 11 because by the time we would get back to our room after spending the day exploring the beautiful island it was closed. Very disappointed we only used the pool once in 7 days. Need a bit more ...
