Michael even escorted us to the rooms to make sure we were happy with them, and they were perfect! Location on the Esplanade Lagoon swimming park was fantastic for our family because our 6 year old grandson loved the swimming. The open air bar and restaurant on lagoon side was so convenient for us, very bright & airy area, that flowed seamlessly into the waterfront. We felt it was the best location in Cairns! We really liked the Parkade at the Hotel because we had a rental car and it was quick & easy to get to the car on excursion days. We’re super happy we picked the Crystallbrook Flynn!
