Centrally located, the apartment is situated a short distance away from the popular Canal Walk Shopping Centre, where you can eat and shop until you drop as well as The Century City Park where you can enjoy a relaxing wander around the park or cycling paths. The open-plan design of the living room and kitchen creates an intimate atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The fully equipped, modern kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances, looks onto a quaint dining area that comfortably seats four people as well as a cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV. Leading out from the lounge area is a sizeable balcony with outside furniture and braai facilities where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful weather Cape Town has to offer. The complex also offers a stunning sparkling swimming pool for you to make use of as you please. The first bedroom invites you to enjoy a comfy bed, sliding doors leading onto the balcony, which also allows for an abundance of natural light into the bedroom and a beautifully maintained bathroom including a toilet, basin, bath and shower. The second bedroom also offers sliding doors leading onto a balcony area and has access to a shared bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. All linen and towels are provided. The apartment is also equipped with internet access and DSTV for your convenience. You will be at ease knowing that this apartment is in a secure complex behind a remote-controlled gate and offers sufficient secure parking. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
