    accessibility for guests. Two of these bedrooms are located in
    separate, fully self-contained units with private entrances. Each unit
    includes its own kitchen, washing machine, lounge area with a smart TV,
    and a private en-suite bathroom providing guests with added comfort,
    independence, and privacy.

    The home features four full bathrooms and one guest bathroom, all
    thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your
    stay. The guest bathroom, equipped with a toilet and washbasin, is
    ideal for quick, shared access. The main full bathroom offers a
    spacious shower, a relaxing bathtub, double vanities, and a toilet
    perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second full

    power outages or interruptions during your stay. Outside, visitors will

    When you stay with us, you'll be just a short distance from Dolphin
    Beach, Big Bay, and Small Bay, which are popular for water sports,
    dining, and relaxing by the beach. Whether you're visiting
    Bloubergstrand for thrilling adventures or luxurious seaside
    experiences, the area has something to offer everyone.

    For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
    Please note that two of the six bedrooms are located in two separate self-contained, apartment-style units downstairs. These units are completely independent from the main house and offer full privacy for guests. The remaining bedrooms are situated in the main house.
    For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
    A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
    Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
    A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

    The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
    property, which is situated at 57 Warwick road , West Beach , Cape Town, 7449.

    The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
    knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
