The apartment boasts a cosy - yet modern - aesthetic with an easy flow thanks to the spacious main living area complimented with bright touches. The accommodation has an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, 4-seater dining area and lounge with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing nights binge-watching your favourite series. A highlight of this contemporary apartment is the large glass sliding door leading to a furnished balcony with spectacular views - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space, while the bathroom features a large shower. The complex block is designed for collaborative community living and has communal areas such as a lounge, entertainment deck, laundry room, and swimming pool. It also offers secure bicycle and underground parking allocated for all units. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 40 Lion Street, City Centre, Cape Town, 8001.
