Introducing Uptown Retreat, a spacious and modern home nestled in the  
heart of Gardens, Cape Town. This stunning property comfortably  
accommodates up to eight guests, offering a luxurious and relaxing stay  
with beautiful views of Devil’s Peak and Table Mountain.  
  
The house features four elegant bedrooms: the first is a king-size  
suite with an ensuite bathroom, and the second is a queen-sized bedroom  
with its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed with  
an ensuite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom comes with two single  
beds and air conditioning, and shares a bathroom, making it perfect for  
families or groups. Each bathroom is designed for comfort, with one  
featuring a bath and the others equipped with showers.  
  
Uptown Retreat is designed to provide a relaxing and convenient  
experience. Enjoy the private outdoor pool, a spacious lounge area, and  
the charming patio. The home has internet access, a TV, and a full  
kitchen with modern amenities such as a gas stove, refrigerator, and  
oven. Self-catering is a breeze in this beautiful, light-filled space.  
The property also provides on-site parking, with additional on-street  
parking available.  
  
Gardens is an iconic, centrally located suburb known for its colonial  
charm and proximity to Cape Town's bustling city centre. It lies at the  
foot of Table Mountain, offering a tranquil atmosphere just outside the  
city’s hustle and bustle. The historic Company Gardens, trendy Kloof  
Street, and vibrant Long Street, filled with restaurants and boutiques,  
are all nearby. The location is also ideal for quick access to Cape  
Town’s top attractions, including the V&A Waterfront, the Table  
Mountain cableway, and the famous Atlantic beaches.  
  
Whether you’re here for a family vacation, business, or just to enjoy  
the beauty of Cape Town, Uptown Retreat offers a perfect blend of  
comfort, luxury, and convenience.  
  
Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a strict  
no-parties policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, and  
all guests must also sign a pool indemnity form before using the pool.  
  
All guests are required to sign a pool indemnity form prior to using the pool.  
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 18 Faure StGardens, Cape Town, 8001  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
