Tuscan style holiday home with charm and breathtaking views
The detached, Tuscan-style house can be reached via its own small access road. The 320 square meter house, the very beautiful, ingrown garden, the lounge and grill corner as well as the salt water pool are spread over the 900 square meter area.
The entrance area, kitchen, dining and living room with terrace, guest toilet, bedroom and a large, modern bathroom as well as upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, TV room and a small office are located on two levels in the basement.
The highlight of the upper floor is the large terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of Gordon, False Bay, Table Mountain and Helderberg. The sunsets and the view over the wide bay will be remembered.

DieGastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, versorgen einen mit jeder Menge Tipps. Im Haus liegt zusätzlich ein Ringbuch mit allen Details zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Alltagsformationen.Das Haus ist gross und komplett ausgestattet, man kann dort leben, wie zu Hause, ohne irgendetwas zu vermissen. Zudem ist es super sauber, und die Zwischenreinigung war so gut, dass wir die Putzfrau am liebsten mitgenommen hätten ;) Der 4x4 m große Pool ist gut gepflegt, von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick, alles ist bestens organisiert.Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Klimaanlage nur im oberen Flur vorhanden ist, nicht in den Schlafräumen. Bei Tagestemperaturen von 33-35 helfen zugezogene Vorhänge und der Deckenventilator nur wenig. Wir haben einen der beiden Sonnenschirme 'geopfert' und tagsüber vor das Schlafzimmerfenster gestellt, das hat ein wenig geholfen. Vielleicht haben wir aber auch eine extrem heiße Wetterperiode erwischt.Alles in allem aber eine top Empfehlung!

Es war hervorragend, noch besser als beschrieben!
Wir haben zu zweit 4 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr!Wir werden es ganz bestimmt noch mal mieten.Die Lage in Somerset West ist sehr gut unddie deutsche Hausverwalterin war immer sofort erreichbar
