Tuscan style holiday home with charm and breathtaking views
- The detached, Tuscan-style house can be reached via its own small access road. The 320 square meter house, the very beautiful, ingrown garden, the lounge and grill corner as well as the salt water pool are spread over the 900 square meter area.
The entrance area, kitchen, dining and living room with terrace, guest toilet, bedroom and a large, modern bathroom as well as upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, TV room and a small office are located on two levels in the basement.
The highlight of the upper floor is the large terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of Gordon, False Bay, Table Mountain and Helderberg. The sunsets and the view over the wide bay will be remembered.
