Very comfortable stay

We were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a bar fridge in the room. We also were happy that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. We paid for parking and parked in the next building. It was very safe.

Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde mir erst nach der Reklamation gegeben. Lift funktioniert nicht und ich durfte dort einige Zeit verbringen Schlechte Front desk Managerin, Unhöflich, grüßt nicht , verbreitet Gerüchte und Unwahrheiten. Auf ein Steak im Restaurant durfte ich 90 Min warten und hatte es dann immer noch nicht auf dem Tisch. Sehr vergiftete Stimmung aufgrund der Front der Front desk Managerin. Aufnahmen durch Kameras nicht nur aus Sicherheitsgründen. Sondern sie werden sich auch nach Abreise noch aufgrund von persönlichen Rachefeldzügen und Stalking angesehen. Ganz gruselig.

We really had a good time! Very kind staff at the front desk during our stay - especially at check in. Room is nice - the windows should be cleaned, but this is the only negative point. Staff at the bar in the evening was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed somehow - but the bar food was delicious, so was the breakfast and breakfast service was excellent. Location is very good and nice - trees everywhere around the hotel. We would definitely come back!

La habitación no estaba bien aislada. Entraba viento de la calle y al estar en el 12 piso se escuchaba un sonido de viento que no dejaba dormir. Además tenía una luz de emergencia que no funcionaba correctamente u se encendía a mitad de la noche.

Very central, helpful staff -- like. I requested a s.oking room (Expedia said they had smoking rooms), yet they didn't and smokers had to smoke at the front of the building with no privacy --didn't like..

Zentrales Stadthotel. Den Großteil der Sehehnswürdigkeiten kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Parkhaus am Hotel. Hotel sauber, Personal freundlich. Badewanne steht offen direkt neben dem Bett!?! Toilette befindet sich, nur durch Milchglasscheibe getrennt, direkt daneben. Optisch, sowie von den Geräuschen und Gerüchen nicht gerade die beste Einrichtungslösung.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Stadtzentrum

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Bar mit feinen Cocktails. Die Gäste werden auf sehr freundliche Art auf die Wasserknappheit in Kapstadt hingewiesen und eingeladen, sparsam mit dem Wasserkonsum zu sein.

Every day there is the consistency of delivery and the ability to execute by friendly staff. Double windows seal the sporadic noise that comes from street level. I had a steak there worthy of a top steakhouse!

This hotel is fantastic, and every single person who works there is so welcoming and helpful. Only downside is the location, which seems a bit unsafe at night. But availability of ubers and taxis make that downside less of an issue.

Fantastic hotel between The Company's Garden and District Six museum. At the end of our SA roundtrip we stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor, what a treat! Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast cooked to order and lots to choose from, the best we had on our trip. Very friendly staff. Convenient nextdoor secure parking. Will be happy to return here. Highly recommended!
