The space
The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated with outstanding sea views. It has a large fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher as well as washing machine and gas heater. Wifi is included and there is a reading room /library off the apartment which is used communally. The apartment has blinds on west facing sliding doors for privacy, heat and glare protection.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the property via stairs, and will have communal access to the pool and garden. The stair way and steps to the apartment are lit by solar powered garden lights. There is also the use of a safe outside of the apartment to which guests can have access to store valuables such as passports
Other things to note
There is a small friendly dog and cat that reside on the premises. There are steps from the road to the apartment. Off street parking only. Garaging can be provided at an additional charge.
