Indoor pool, gym and underground parking. Die Eigentümerin hat im Apartment auf uns gewartet (trotz Verspätung unseres Fluges) sie hat uns alles gezeigt und 2 Schlüssel übergeben. zur nächsten Einkaufs- Mall sind es nur 100m! der Balkon geht über 2 Seiten und man hat einen ausgezeichneten Blick auf den Tafelberg. Ich war mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Kindern dort- es war sehr gepflegt und sauber! der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass wir im Winter dort waren und es keine Möglichkeit der Heizung gab- es waren also sehr kalte Nächte.
