Centrally located, you will be a short distance from the iconic Signal Hill Noon Gun, the VA Waterfront, Green Point Park, popular restaurants, bars and grocery stores. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit offers a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine for added convenience. The dining space comfortably seats four people providing the perfect spot to enjoy your favourite meals. The cozy lounge area includes a flat screen TV and leads out onto a stunning balcony with outdoor furniture where you can spend some time taking in your surroundings. The main bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and has access to the balcony. The second bedroom includes X2 ¾ beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which include a shower, toilet and basin. Crisp linen and fresh towels will be provided with your stay. This is without a doubt the perfect spot for a Cape Town getaway, with everything you need, you are guaranteed an unforgettable stay. For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
