We absolutely loved this property, it’s truly a hidden gem! This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Cape Town, and a friend recommended staying in Green Point. I’m so glad she did because this location was perfect and this home made our trip even better.The apartment is incredibly close to everything. It’s about a 15-minute safe walk to the stadium, only 7 minutes to the promenade (perfect for sunset walks), and roughly 20–25 minutes on foot to most popular spots and cafes if you don’t feel like grabbing an Uber. It’s also just a short 5–15-minute Uber ride to most tourist attractions and hiking spots.We felt very safe here and found it perfect for both vacation and working remotely — the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The space was spotless, the kitchen well-equipped (we cooked a few times!), and there’s a Woolworths about 7 minutes away for easy grocery runs.The hosts were so thoughtful they prepared us with sparkling grape juice and cake on arrival, which was the sweetest touch after a long flight. The TV is already set up with Netflix for a good movie night after a long hiking day, haha and we were happy to discover the laundry unit both washes and dries clothes.If this property is available the next time we visit Cape Town, we’ll absolutely book it again. Everything exceeded our expectations from the location and cleanliness to the warmth of the hosts. Highly recommend! :)
