 in a wide range of tasty delicacies. Enjoy strolls on the beautiful  
 beaches with breathtaking views, located just a stone's throw away.  
 Take a short drive to explore the lively VnA waterfront and immerse  
 yourself in the local culture.  
 The Space :  
 Whether you're here for leisure or business, this sanctuary offers the  
 perfect living base to wind down and rest after exploring all that Cape  
 Town and the Seapoint promenade has to offer. Experience comfortable  
 living in this cosy apartment which features an open plan living space  
 that flows from the lounge through the well equipped kitchen and into  
 the light and inviting dining area that's perfect for enjoying and
