The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable, self-catering experience, including a washing machine for added convenience. The large countertop includes two barstools, creating an intimate sitting area. The lounge area is thoughtfully furnished with a plush sofa, a single chair, a stylish coffee table, and a mounted flatscreen television. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with sliding doors that lead out to a modest balcony with an urban outlook. The bedroom features a double-size bed with ample storage space for your wardrobe as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay. Guests will have access to a secure parking space and can enjoy a swim in the shared outdoor pool during hot summer days. Green Point is home to the Cape Town Stadium, the Green Point Common, and the Urban Park, among many other attractions. Nearby activities to enjoy in Green Point include swimming at the beach or in the pool, cycling, or surfing. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time.
