This apartment is located within walking distance to great restaurants in the area, the V&A Waterfront, the Green Point Stadium, the Sea Point Promenade, Parks & the MyCiti Bus route. Amenities include secure parking, a fire place & uncapped fibre internet. The Space: Lovely, natural light falls onto the lounge suite in the summer. In winter, there is a fireplace to keep you warm and cosy and feeling at home under a blanket with a book. Fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso machine) for those times when you just feel like a home cooked meal. A little dining area inside and a lovely space outside to sit and eat and enjoy the sun on a warm day. The tropical-vibe lounge with flat screen TV (and Netflix) is also great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the Mother City. The living area opens up onto the courtyard with outdoor furniture where you can relax with an early morning coffee or a late afternoon drink.
