 the perfect base camp for exploring the ins and outs of Cape Town.  
 Within close walking distance to the CBD, Green Point & the Waterfront  
 with dozens of shops, bars, cafés & restaurants nearby.  
 Amenities include 24-hour security, free underground parking, unlimited  
 fibre internet, crisp white linen, aircon, a communal swimming pool, a  
 balcony with stunning views & barbecue.  
  
 This one-bedroom apartment is in the heart of trendy De Waterkant,  
 literally a stone's throw away from countless bars, coffee shops, and  
 restaurants. The apartment feels very open with double-volume ceilings.  
 The bedroom has a King bed and can be found atop the stairwell. The  
 bottom floor bathroom has both a shower and bath. The balcony has a
